Custom-branded merchandise is non-returnable. However, if there’s a defect or error versus the approved proof, we’ll remake or refund it.

Unbranded Samples
Samples may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

Contact your Brandict representative within 5 working days. Attach photos and order info to help us resolve it quickly.
